-We send most items by Royal Mail first class post packed in either a padded envelope or plastic bag with the item packed in bubble wrap or tissue paper. 

 

-Larger items will be sent by Parcelforce 48.

 -Due to the weight of the Lucy Tom doorstops we send them out standard parcel post, we only charge a small contribution towards the cost, not the full amount.
